Develop annual/quarterly channel development plans based on the company's global business strategy, analyze regional market trends, and identify opportunities in emerging markets.
Design the global channel framework, establish a tiered partner management system and collaboration policies, optimize channel distribution, balance regional coverage density with market potential, and ensure the channel network aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Lead the development of new global channels, screen, negotiate, and sign agreements with high-quality channel partners to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Formulate channel incentive policies, resolve channel conflicts, and maintain a healthy channel ecosystem.
Oversee the development and management of the global channel sales team, provide training and guidance to team members, and enhance team capabilities.
Manage global channel risk control and compliance, assess the impact of geopolitical and economic fluctuations on regional channels, and develop contingency plans.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
Over 10 years of channel sales management experience in industrial products, with at least 3 years of overseas channel management experience; overseas work experience is required, and experience in the analytical instruments industry is preferred.
Familiar with channel sales management systems, with systematic channel management thinking and extensive experience in managing channel sales teams.
Willing to travel globally (Europe, Asia, Americas) or temporarily relocate to target countries for short-term assignments.
This position is preferably based in Wuxi, Jiangsu; candidates with mature experience in similar roles may work remotely from a regional home office.
