The 30th AGRARIA Romania International Agricultural Exhibition took place from April 10th to 13th, 2025, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As the largest and longest-running agricultural trade event in Eastern Europe, this exhibition attracted hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of industry professionals from across Europe, covering the whole industry chain of agricultural machinery, animal husbandry, food processing and technological innovation.IAS made a significant impact at the event by showcasing its groundbreaking portable near-infrared analyzers — the IAS-3120 and IAS-5100, which emerged as key highlights due to their revolutionary design and practical applications.

IAS-3120: Redefining On-Site Inspection Efficiency
Designed for small particles, powders, strips, and paste-like samples, the IAS-3120 portable NIR analyzer sparked a lot of discussion with its fast analytical capability and minimalist operation concept. The all-in-one smart design of the device enables accurate testing in less than a minute with just one touch of a button, without the need for complex pre-processing. Its compact body and vibration-proof structure are suitable for multiple scenarios such as vehicle mobility, field operations and trade sites, and even non-professionals can operate it independently through short-term training, providing an efficient solution for grain trade and raw material acceptance.

IAS-5100 : A Precision Agriculture Essential
The IAS-5100 portable NIR analyzer on display at the same time continues the technical advantages of the series, supporting non-destructive and rapid detection of rice, wheat, corn, soybean and other crops. Leveraging advanced spectral algorithms and dynamic calibration technology, it maintains sample integrity while delivering accurate data, empowering farmers, food producers, and quality control agencies to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
Technology empowers agriculture and gains industry recognition
During the exhibition, the IAS booth received representatives from agricultural cooperatives, food groups and technical service organizations from various countries, and received unanimous praise: “IAS equipment integrates laboratory-grade precision into portable design, which completely breaks the space limitation of traditional testing, which is exactly the innovation that modern agriculture needs urgently.”
IAS has always been committed to promoting the process of agricultural digitization through technological innovation. The enthusiastic feedback from this exhibition confirms the market demand for efficient testing tools. In the future, IAS will continue to deepen its localized service network and provide technical support for the high-quality development of agriculture.
