Bandung, July 10, 2025 – At the 3rd annual Technology & Talent Palm Oil Mill Indonesia (TPOMI 2025) conference and exhibition, IAS emerged as a standout innovator, securing the coveted medbun AWARDS 2025 for its revolutionary near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy solutions designed for the palm oil industry. The event, held from July 8–10 at Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur, West Java, gathered palm oil mill operators, engineers, and industry leaders across Indonesia.
Organized by Media Perkebunan and the Indonesian Association of Plantation Professional Practitioners (Perkumpulan Praktisi Profesional Perkebunan Indonesia, P3PI), TPOMI 2025 focused on advancing palm oil processing technology, sustainable profitability strategies, and industry talent development. Against this backdrop, IAS showcased two flagship products tailored for palm oil quality control:

IAS-6100 Portable NIR Analyzer: Capable of rapid, non-destructive analysis in under two minutes, it provides critical insights into parameters vital for production quality and cost control. These include Free Fatty Acid (FFA), Moisture, DOBI, and Oil Content in samples such as Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Palm Kernels and production waste.
IAS-PAT L1M Online NIR Analyzer: Delivers real-time, continuous monitoring of production processes, empowering mills to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
The medbun AWARDS 2025 recognized IAS’s commitment to technological excellence and its tangible impact on enhancing operational efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability in palm oil milling. The jury highlighted how IAS’s solutions address critical industry challenges, while boosting profitability amid market volatility.

"We are deeply honored to receive the medbun AWARDS 2025 at TPOMI," said an IAS representative during the award ceremony. "This accolade validates our mission to equip palm oil producers with precision tools that transform data into actionable insights. The IAS-6100 and IAS-PAT L1M empower mills to master every stage of production – from raw material intake to final product – driving smarter decisions, maximizing yields, and securing long-term resilience. We remain dedicated to pioneering innovations that support Indonesia’s leadership in sustainable palm oil."
IAS’s exhibition booth drew significant attention from attendees, sparking in-depth discussions on deploying NIR technology to achieve operational excellence. The award further cements IAS’s reputation as a trusted partner for advancing palm oil quality and productivity.
