The exhibition is a large-scale event with an innovative and spacious design of the exhibition space, with a total area of 5,000 square metres, providing ample space for exhibitors and visitors. The exhibition is open to olive oil machinery companies, olive oil production companies, bottling and packaging companies, producers, olive oil professionals and buyers from Greece and abroad. Here, exhibitors will not only be able to showcase their brands, but also share advanced know-how, meet the industry's elite and seek opportunities for long-term profitable co-operation.
IAS brought the IAS-OLIVE portable NIR analyser, which became a highlight on the show floor. The analyser is a powerful instrument that can quickly and accurately measure key indicators such as moisture, oil content and acidity in olives. These indicators are essential for assessing the quality of the olives during the production process and for guaranteeing the final quality of the olive oil.

Traditional testing methods are often time-consuming, complicated to operate and may require the sample to be sent to a specialist laboratory for analysis, which not only increases time and cost, but may also lead to lagging results. The IAS portable NIR analyser effectively solves these problems. It is compact, portable and easy to understand. No complicated sample pre-treatment is required, just point the instrument at the olive sample and accurate results can be obtained in a short period of time. This innovative product greatly improves testing efficiency and provides olive oil producers with a more timely and accurate means of quality control.
The participation in the 10th Greek Olive Oil and Olive Festival is an important demonstration of IAS in the olive oil industry. Representatives of the company carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions with industry experts, scholars and peers, and shared the latest technical achievements and industry dynamics. The company hopes to promote the portable near infrared spectroscopy analyser to more olive oil producers through this platform, contributing to the development of the olive oil industry in Greece and even globally. In the future, IAS will continue to increase the investment in R&D, constantly innovate and improve the products to provide more high-quality and efficient testing solutions for the olive oil industry.
